Privacy policy

To help you organize and complete your applications, we collect identifying information (name, date of birth, government identifiers), your education, training, examination, and work history, prior and current licenses, and documents you upload (diplomas, ECFMG, DEA, identification, and similar). We also collect basic account and usage data to operate the service.

We use your information solely to help you organize, complete, and track your own license applications and renewals, to communicate with you, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with additional field-level encryption on the most sensitive fields such as SSN and date of birth. Documents are stored with signed, expiring links. Access is role-based, least-privilege, and recorded in an immutable audit log.

Medicense does not submit your information to state medical boards, FCVS, the IMLC, or verifiers on your behalf — you share it with them directly when you submit your own applications. We share information with our infrastructure providers (such as hosting and storage) only as needed to operate the service, and we require them to meet appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations. We honor data-subject access requests and maintain a documented data-retention and deletion policy. Contact privacy@medicense.com to exercise your rights.
